Corporate America lives off of talents.

It doesn’t have talent. It doesn’t have a soul. It is up to one to understand these facts and not demonize a function for what it’s never presented itself to be. Corporate is about money and the bottom line — not people. This can be seen in their compensation structure as talent is compensated for their time, not their contribution. Therefore, for any young person looking to be involved in corporate in any capacity should know what corporate is to know what it is not.
