Do you know yourself outside of your influences? Behavioral RNA™️
Do you know yourself outside of your influences? Behavioral RNA™️ is identity in terms of behavior. It defines the “being” in humans.
Behavioral RNA™️ combines interview responses from oneself and one’s closest friends and family to get to know the foundational definition of who you are. Behavioral RNA™️ is more accurate and deterministic to the individual than when and where you were born and the family and environment into which you were born.
Behavioral RNA™️, in general terms, is infrastructure. It’s the single strand that connects everything a person will experience in their lifetime. It’s an identifying marker of preferences in behavior, as fundamental as skin, hair, or eye color. It’s not an interpretation but an observation of how a person is that can profoundly inform how they navigate the world.
Conventional management and personal development ideas — from personality assessments to psychological profiles — traditionally overlay external diagnostic structures onto the individual. Behavioral RNA™️ challenges this tradition by starting from within instead of seeking to define the individual with external parameters.
As the creator of Behavioral RNA™️, I describe it not as a way to get answers but to learn the right questions to ask of oneself. Having traveled extensively from a young age and lived on multiple continents, I observed throughlines in human behavior that transcended place and culture. I discovered that these throughlines were core behavioral patterns that, if identified, observed, and respected, could largely determine the degree of one’s fulfillment, relationship success, and professional success. This formed the basis of Behavioral RNA™️.
I’ve spent 20 years working with businesses from small startups to Fortune 50 companies providing people from many backgrounds (executives, solopreneurs, entertainers, managers, and more) with the infrastructure to help themselves and be their own advocates. Behavioral RNA™️ was developed and implemented through two decades of experience helping individuals at every stage and level of their careers — including local artists, entry-level corporate employees, and c-suite executives. Behavioral RNA™️ has yielded unprecedented tangible professional and personal results.
The method analyzes a combination of specific questions asked via self-interview, interviews of up to seven of one’s closest friends and family members about oneself, and one’s impressions of those interviews. The proprietary algorithm generates questions based on who and how many people one includes in their process. After the data is collected, it’s processed to reveal one of 11 Behavioral RNA™️ types with a description and the key questions each type must answer for themselves throughout their lifetime.
Questions feature prominently in the method as it’s not the statements we make in this life that are most important but, rather, the questions we ask. Defining one’s Behavioral RNA™️ and learning the most important questions to ask of oneself acts as a deep foundation which, in turn, can make other assessments and even therapy and coaching more effective.
Behavioral RNA™️ provides peace of mind as everything starts with peace of mind. Everything can equally stop if one does not have peace of mind. Knowing one’s Behavioral RNA™️ gives individuals greater self-awareness, self-assuredness, confidence, and mental stability. They’re able to interact with demands of them with more unity and continuity. They’re able to assess themselves and the circumstances of their lives not based on the tradition of personality/persona or external diagnostic criteria, but on who they are at their core. This enables individuals to find roles and responsibilities best suited to them and makes them more equipped to serve themselves and others.
Behavioral RNA™️ is, first and foremost, uniquely about defining a relationship with oneself. Knowing oneself better has a ripple effect into decision-making capacity, time and resource allocation, and productivity. As a result, it enhances the ability to focus in all areas of life based on behavioral identity.
Being unaware of and/or acting against one’s Behavioral RNA™️ causes mental, emotional, and even physical damage. When individuals understand their Behavioral RNA™️, they’re maximally equipped to bring the best out of themselves and work with others.
