Many misunderstand the progression of their professional career and lack the foresight to execute its patterns ahead of inevitable change. Instead of running towards the fear we all face in facing our ineptitude, discomfort in discomfort, and hearing criticism, we can’t get past it to learn from it. This is the result of too much ego and not enough awareness. Instead of accepting it for what it is, we run in the opposite direction.
