I don’t care about categories as much as I care about solving the issues I identify in process.

While categorical thinking is a priority for me, it isn’t a main priority. What comes before any category is:

1. Having an acute awareness of providing work that is manageable for those that work with me; and
2. Making sure that the work required expresses their strengths more than their weakness.

This approach has not only worked without fail for me, but it has also allowed me to work through my failures with logic and empathy.
