I look at legacy like property taxes.

There is always a price to be paid for it until you transition. At that point, most are forgotten. Your property goes to someone else which is all governed by the government and its constituents. Thus, my personal focus has never been on legacy and/or owning property, but rather on owning my time, happiness in life, and being fulfilled with how I spent my time in terms of equity because it cannot ever be saved.
