My inner body experience.

My inner body is where I find my inner strength. My mental strength was cultivated by both my Mom and Dad. I wasn’t told a lot of things because my parents always taught me. Being told things is what most parents do to help guide their children. Most parents strive for perfection to be a role model. In contrast, what I’ve observed about my parents is that they’ve been a role model for transparency about imperfections and how to manage them. I benefitted from being taught in that manner — a manner that requires clear, unobstructed views of exactly how to do things beyond words. It was heavy, hard, and unmanageable at times. My emotional stability was always the main focus from day one. Day two was all about learning to stabilize in an unstable planet. I did so by making sure my flexors and extensors were operating in their optimal form to be flexible in my natural rigidity. While I consider myself lucky (because luck always has a part to do with it), I also consider myself fortunate for understanding that my complete acceptance of what I can’t control (which is most things) will always be top of mind. That has controlled my inner body experience to stay conditioned for decades. It’s never going to be about what I’ve attained but rather what I’ve been able to maintain.
