No idea works every day.
Since we are all unique, everyone is capable and qualified to have great ideas. Yet, not everyone can actualize those ideas because not everyone can activate their creativity.
Creativity is of the utmost importance for implementation and strategic execution in most industries (with the notable exception of accounting). Creativity isn’t only an art but a prerequisite to successfully maintaining any venture or business.
Activation of one’s creativity, in my view, is called articulation in communication.
The most articulate are usually the most creative because they understand how to understand. They are, therefore, able to deploy the empathy needed for those who may struggle with understanding in a particular area.
Seeing yourself in another is the only way to truly allow another to understand enough to comprehend. With comprehension comes a lack of miscommunication. That leads to not just better results but more sustainable ones.
The most imaginative individuals equally know how to teach to learn. These general ideas in the creative realm are necessary to have the stamina to run a business that maintains high yields year after year. However, like quantitative versus qualitative analysis, being articulate in communication doesn’t often correlate directly with good academic learners.
