People create conflict for you because they are feeling conflicted themselves.

Even the best people can have the worst unresolved conflict internally. Not because they are conflicted people but, rather, because they’re still human. Therefore it’s hard for even great people because they don’t know their internal conflict well enough to know when it comes out toward others. It’s not always intentional or even observed by the projector.
