Stress is something you can’t feel, so it’s important to look.

We must look at what we have the most trouble seeing…ourselves. Without observing the effects of our effect on our physical and mental clarity, it is impossible to recognize what is often silent but never quiet: the mind. This quality makes the mind the most dangerous thing in the wrong context. It’s therefore necessary to observe our minds carefully as they are powerful in positive and negative aspects.

The correlation between the mind and stress is almost 1 to 1. It is, however, most important to not draw false equivalency when it comes to the mind and stress. There is too much we don’t know about the mind to assume accuracy in terms of stress and both its negative and positive effects on our being humans.

Is information power? Or could it have other aspects that could prevent us from knowing what we don’t know that we don’t know?
