The biggest challenge is finding balance in an unbalanced world.
The greatest challenge we will tackle being human is finding inner balance when the chaos of the world is designed — as well predicated — on a lack of balance. In this new digital age, there are systems that are engineered with no clear understanding of the end goal, simply just the end user. I’m not saying the end user is negative. But it is not a positive to focus on the people that are looking for direction themselves and are easily swayed depending on the sophistication of the sell.
The focus must be on the processes and how it can help people as a whole, even with uncharted growth.
For some reason, marketers and engineers for the most part do not understand this to be more profitable based on perspective, conditioning, and digital ignorance. Digital ignorance allows one to build with a vague and broad-strokes view of the end result while focusing on the current solution as opposed to the primary problems. When building for solutions, one is bound to run into the most uncontrolled problems of humanity. Hence, the Wild West of the internet. The key is not to build and then work to correct, but rather to build to minimize corrective energy and time. Building to minimize correction is building to factor in the unknown that is unknown. Without this, chaos will almost always ensue beyond what a PR campaign or well-crafted interview can control. This is not to say any particular person is wrong or to blame. Rather, it is intended to spark evaluation of self in terms of the collective as opposed to just profit. Assessment of numerical profit is not the full picture. Numerical profit is not a sufficient form of data to determine profits and their margins, which is why the stock market uncontrollably fluctuates to a nonsensical degree. It’s all full of perception, undefined rules, and a lack of oversight that allow financial advisors to legally lie with no recourse. As if the car door is open, then stealing one’s car isn’t theft.
In a world of unfairness, illusion, self-delusion, and reaction, balance is not only hard to find but it’s difficult to even identify amongst the chaos, greed, and inner conflict (as well as omission) but most importantly…envy. Envy creates the most unbalanced perspective in a human being.
Is balance important to you?
