The picture you see is all in how you frame it.
A frame can make the difference in how a picture is perceived, both in value and emotion. The same exists in life. The process of understanding how to process takes time and energy. Sometimes both are required simultaneously, depending on the endeavor, the extent of the loss, and/or the severity of the circumstances. We all have struggles, loss, and pain in life. Sometimes they all converge at the same time. Understanding how to frame what you see not only defines how you see it but how you picture it in your mind. The picture you picture in your thoughts controls the tonal center of your thought process. In order to find one’s order of operations, one must go deeper and expand past “Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally”. Outside of math, when ordering one’s thought process:
- PICTURE must replace “Please”
- EVOLVING must replace “Excuse”
- MORE must replace “My”
- DURING must replace “Dear”
- ANALYSIS must replace “Aunt”
- SITUATIONALLY must replace “Sally”
“Picture Evolving More During Analysis Situationally” is a formula that I’ve personally created from my life experience. It is a tangible metric to formulate a thought process that allows one to frame the suffering with which life teaches us all.
Is there a picture you have in your mind about a situation that you could frame differently to better understand the situation for what it is in contrast to the way you currently perceive it?
